Taiwanese American director’s film nominated for Oscar
"Island in Between," a documentary by Taiwanese American director S. Leo Chiang, has been nominated for Best Documentary Short Film at the 96th Academy Awards. Hsiao Bi-khim vows to focus on serving the nation
